🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected carrier.

Shipping Costs:

Calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and method.
Free standard shipping may apply on orders over a certain amount (e.g., $100+).

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping:

We currently ship to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties (paid by the customer).

🔁 Returns Policy

Return Window:
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Conditions for Return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Some items are non-returnable (see below).

Non-Returnable Items Include:

Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Opened recovery tools (e.g., massage guns) for hygiene reasons

How to Return an Item:

Email support@lunarcity.shop with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund (minus original shipping if applicable).

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
